lorrie gMake sure that people dealing with clients have people skills. The people that get you hooked up etc should explain the product and how it works, we didn't know until we dropped off the car trailer that there was a release so you can get in and out of the car with the fender dropping out of the way, so frustrating as we did know that and it was super difficult to get in and out of the car on the trailer.

PAMELA RImprove business signage. Drove right past it the first time. Uhaul trucks not visible from street. A large Uhaul sign out front would be helpful and good advertising. However, the business staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Steven TWe ordered 1 or 2 dozen moving blankets and only received 6. Not a big deal but we ordered the truck in advance.

Lawrence PThe vehicle was not checked in when I arrived which was the time I was promised it to be available. On top of that it was dirty in the cargo area from the last person carrying concrete or mortar which spilled everywhere. I waited over an hour for it be available. This rental I was asked to drive 75 miles to get when the usual place I use is than 3 miles from my house. I was credited days and dollars for doing it but it should have been ready to go. On the day before I was supposed to get on the road, I checked the air pressure in all the tires. Right above the tires is a decal that states air pressure must be 110 psi cold… all the tires had a pressure of 80-90 psi…

Peter BThere was something wrong with the lights on the trailer. They were on 24 hours a day, even when the trailer was not in actual use - in other words, the car wasn't running and the car lights were not on.
Jacalyn HFast and ready to help me out as I walked in 30 mins before close. I was out of there with a truck and dolly lickety-split. Might not be through Quartzsite again, but if I am I’ll keep Best Auto in mind.

Kim KThe staff at the Quartzsite U-Haul center were great! They had the reserved truck and appliance mover ready to go when I arrived. Then, when I realized I needed a bigger truck with a ramp, they completed the exchange process with no issues. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Wayne aThe lady in front of us waited a long time to complete a new rental. Apparently the Uhaul "check-in" software is extremely flawed; SLOW. Apparently the Uhaul "check-in" software problem is "system" wide. In other words the problem is not just at this location but throughout the Uhaul internet world.

Jeremiah HAs a mechanical shop, these guys are the best. As a rental depot, they sucked. A trailer was reserved for Feb. 2 and was not onsite for pickup. Closest available was 25 miles away. Website indicated trailer was available and the office closed at 5. At 3:00, the trailer was located behind a locked gate and no one was available to release it. 4 calls to Uhaul corporate resulted in nothing available within 35 miles. Misty, Jason, Raana, and Latoya, of Uhaul Customer Service, we’re polite and professional and completely worthless in getting the problem solved.

Bobby EI am convinced this company has decided to beLIEve the baring of false witness against me, over the past 20 years, that has only gotten worse over the years, yet, I live a moral, upright life. They repeatedly treat me like a rabid dog on their porch step, when ALL I do is treat them with love and respect! This time they manipulated/altered my contract, so as to cause me to pay more. In addition, I am convinced they manipulated the mileage counter, there is absolutely no possible way I drove the amount of miles the odometer showed! I will no longer use this location as they show themselves as purely EVIL and wicked! Dennis Charles Durbin

dianne lI filed a complaint but have still not been called like the agent said I would be within 72 hrs. That would have been today at noon, and I waited until that time passed to see if I would be called, but still have yet to receive a call. The pick up location was closed when I arrived to pick up the trailer. I had to call a number on their sign, which ended up being a tow company they work with and they reached out to the owner for me. I didn’t hear anything for about an hour and was about to leave when they finally pulled up, a couple, and they were so rude even hostile to us, like they didn’t speak to us when they pulled in, we had to ask if they worked there because they just ignored us. When we asked they said they were closed, but proceeded to open the trailer yard up. They were beyond rude, it was hostile and we even felt I fear, like we had to be nice or we were in Al actual danger. I thought about posting on their website or something but I fear retribution, to myself online and or my local contact that I had to provide. I even apologized for inconveniencing them and said that I made the reservation it wasn’t my fault and the woman wouldn’t even look at me or respond she just waved her hands on me to stop talking and give her the contact phone number. This delayed our trip, we got such a late start we had to postpone to the next day, so it was a huge issue!

Brian CI made a reservation for a 15’ box truck and flat bed vehicle trailer three weeks in advance. The DAY BEFORE my scheduled pick up, Ann, at the location at Quartzite told me that they will not be open the next day (Saturday) and that I would need to find another time to pick up. I rescheduled for the following Monday. She assured me everything would be ready for me to go with my box truck and trailer on Monday. When I arrived on Monday, Ann was busy so another woman took care of my reservation. She very rudely notified me that they didn’t have a flat bed car trailer at that location. No apology. I asked if she could call to see if a nearby location has one…she merely said “No. They don’t. No one has one.” So she rebooked me for a vehicle tow dolly. I asked how much extra does it cost if I go over the allotted mileage. She quoted me at $.49 a mile (which was incorrect. At the drop off location I was charged $1 a mile.) She went over some drop off procedures, notified me that she emailed me my contract and documents, and then just walked out of the office without saying anything. She returned 10 minutes later and then asked, “Is there something else you need?” I asked for the keys and a vehicle condition walk through. She told me that someone’s outside with the keys and they’ll do a walk through. When I got outside to the parking lot a man handed me keys and said thanks. I asked if we could do a vehicle condition walk through and confirm miles, he said that wasn’t his job. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Uhaul location. As someone who has rented several vans and trucks with Uhaul over the years this experience makes me never want to use Uhaul again.
Ryan SAnna was super friendly, patient and kind and her service was greatly appreciated. The truck was in excellent condition and ran terrific all the way to Tennessee. The original order was for pick up in Blythe, CA., but they did not have our truck, the girl working was rude, ignorant and unkind and should not be anywhere near customers.
Kelly DThe manager who was not present upon arrival mistakenly have my vehicle to another individual. The associate there was very knowledgeable and provided me with another vehicle. Your regional office is terrible. Your team had me dropping off the vehicle 10 hours drive away from the original drop off. Upon arrival at my drop off, the team there, did not have record of my truck, they had to call traffic in AZ to have the issue corrected. The El Paso office team was excellent, patient and helped to adjust the issue by accepting the truck. Your TX regional office needs training .My experience with them was awful. in summary, your communication between the regional office and your hubs is terrible. .
