The lady at the office was very rude.
GENE MThe people here didn't even look like employees and all but 1 person was SUPER Rude! That was by far my WORST EXPERIENCE with Uhaul!
Mark RThe personnel didn't even make direct contact. Just directed me from a distance to leave the trailer in the spot outside the controlled area of the business. It was however quick and painless and because i turned in late i got another charge on my credit card for the rental. Unless there was a request for the equipment I made impossible to rent the equipment again, i thought I was going to get some forgiveness on the late turn-in but it wasn't too much or unreasonable overall in my opinion. Especially because the delays were not because of u-haul.
DAVID BThe office staff was awesome took care of all my questions. Sorry I did not catch her name. Trailer pulled fine tires were good. The trailer was dirty but hard to fault when they just got a car wash in town. Overall great place to get your U-Haul on!
