This location was a smoke shop and lacked any moving supplies. They had the 15' truck that I had reserved, but were missing the appliance trailer and the moving pads that were included in my reservation. This was never mentioned when I was given the keys to the truck and only discovered while performing the pre-use inspection and noticed these items missing. When I asked the clerk, I was told that I could either get these items from another U-Haul vendor or could look to purchase them. If this location didn't have these items, why would they have been pushed this reservation?? Had to go across the street to a Self-Storage facility, which was also a U-Haul location, which had the truck, dolly, and moving pads. But since I wasn't able to add onto my existing reservation, I had to rent the applicant dolly for a 1-day rental and had to return it before leaving town. And was not able to rent or purchase just the moving pads, so had to go without. And still not convinced that the dolly and pads were credited back to my credit card since were not included in my original reservation.

ESTEVENS VClean out truck before renting communication between the two locations were altered. So the amount was different. The main problem was I reserved it at one location and I was told a day before that I had to go to the other location . With no right Accommodations for the mileage.
RUBY JParking lot is very steep. The person at the store was new and inexperienced. When I called the location, they would not answer any U-Haul questions.

Willie STerrible experience. I picked it up 30 mins after my schedule. He still over charged me $30 and didn’t give me credit for the 30 mins. He made me take photos of the Uhual, fill out all the information myself with no help. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Uhual locations. He had me do everything other Uhual employees have always done themselves. It took an extra 20 mins of my time to do this
FARROKH TPick up was easy, straight forward enough. The truck would shake vigorously around 35 mph. After drop off, I put in more gas than I picked it up with and was charged 60 dollars for a gas charge and their elevated refuel rates which I’m disputing. Luckily I have a picture of the dashboard which proves I refueled properly. Customer service has been helpful thankfully and I’ll know in a few days what the resolution to this issue is.

TRAVIS MWhen I made the reservation I did not have "Safe Move" coverage selected. I explained to the gentleman that checked me in that I have this with the cc I used for the reservation. When I completed the reservation I was charged for this and the gentleman that was checking me out could not reverse it and told me to come back the next day. The original gentleman also estimated that I would drive 20 miles after which I only drove 13.8. I have asked for a refund of the mileage and the Safe Move money. I will see if this is completed but would not recommend this store because of either incompetence or deceit.
