The dealer at shop was very rude and I won’t recommend anybody else to book at the same location.
Piyush GLocation is nearby. Parking lot is dirty. Owner was a bit confused that I checked in the truck already. Truck was a bit difficult to find.
MUNEEB JI rented the vehicle for the first time from this location. The location is prime and the only good thing ends here. The vehicle was covered in snow and I removed the snow from vehicle in cold. Moreover, it was snowy and one of the wiper blade was broken. I reported the same to location and fixed it temporarily as I needed the vehicle. I hope someone at U-Haul will read it and improves the service.

Brent GI think the overall cost is so high!! It cost me almost $70 which is too expensive. Some moving company cost the same amount where u dont need to drive and they help to tranfer the luggage!! And the wordt thing is fuel refilling. Why do u guys keep the fuel on middle! U should keep it full so after using when someone refills it, it becomes easier for them. Today i refilled and i couldn't get idea about the amount of fuel and i filled more than it is supposed to be. So in the end i paid and i give them free gas as well! That sucks!! It feels like this is their trick to get free gas and charge the customers!! It deserves 0 star.

Cudjoe SIt was my first experience renting a vehicle and doing all of the "paperwork" on-line. It was fairly easy once we understood how the system worked. I would recommend U-Haul and will use it again if the need arises.
John DFurniture dolly missing that I rented. Door was locked at variety when I got there. Guy was stoned. Guy asked me how many km and when I said hold a minute while I check on Google Maps he said just give me a estimate. I don't drive so I do not know this km bullshit. Have patience with people and when they pay for something make sure it's there. original location I selected forced me to go here. I had phoned ahead to find out deposit amount and your people could not provide that but then informed me I can't use a debit Visa. Yet the site allowed me to book with it . So I phone my friends asking to borrow a card and then turns out I did not even need it. Furthermore your staff tell me debit Visa would be accepted in America though, the country that's at war with its own government. but that in Canada you stopped debit Visa cards because of theft. But if I wanted the bigger 10 foot truck I could get that with my debit Visa. If I'm going to steal it I would not be ordering a caravan.

Azizul EThe agent made a mistake while creating a contract as he charged me 1.11$/KM (which is rate for per MILE) even though it’s advertised as 0.59$/KM! The u-haul customer service refused return me the money as they failed to understand that Canada uses a KM and NOT MILE. This would have been avoided if the agent was simply educated to use Rate/KM instead of rate/MILE 🤯

Tejas DOwner is good but his I pad was so slow, I did online check in so I can skip all the paperwork and save my time. I told me I have to do once again in store keep arguing me about this. Than found the van I rent front tire air less than normal.

Sriram rThe location was not the one I chose - the one I rented from did not have van ready for me. This location was far. Vehicle was not very clean but worked fine. Agent apparently did not check the van in when I returned it even though he said all was fine e as I received a charge for an extra day with added charges. This is wrong and fraudulent on the part of the U-Haul agent. I am still dealing with the overcharges with U-Haul. This was a horrible experience . I hope I get my money back. I hope I do not have to sue. I will not use this location again nor will I use the company again at this point unless they resolve all the additional expenses I had due to uhaul’s errors and wrong doing.
