Melanie SThe car smelled really bad as if it hasnt been cleaned at all. It stinked of garbage bins. Please make sure the vehicle is cleaned for a pleasant experience, cuz we didnt buy the pads or mats with the service nor brought ours the sofa ended up smelling like the trunk or garbage. Rest everything was fine.
SHEENA FHi Team, I want to report that the vehicle was completely covered in snow and there wasn't a shovel or brush to clean up the window shield and windows. I somehow cleaned it by hand and took it to my home and cleaned it properly. I would request to consider this and include a shovel/brush in the van.
