The agent made a mistake while creating a contract as he charged me 1.11$/KM (which is rate for per MILE) even though it's advertised as 0.59$/KM! The u-haul customer service refused return me the money as they failed to understand that Canada uses a KM and NOT MILE. This would have been avoided if the agent was simply educated to use Rate/KM instead of rate/MILE 🤯
