I rented a truck at this location and scheduled for 10am in the next morning. I arrived there, the truck was there but the attendant had no information about my reservation, the keys were locked inside the truck and he did not give me any clear explanation of what was going on. When I finally got the vehicle it was very dirty and smelling bad. If I hadn't asked about how the measure the car usage and gas he wouldn't bother to tell. At the end they even charged me double the mileage I had used but I travelled but I was able to retrieve it directly at U-Haul bc they were answering the phone!Victor L.
The van was totally awful, dirty, really bad odor enormous ugly, air conditioner not working- mixing heat and cold at the same time, and more. Customer service was very bad and treat customers as piece of shit. Really bad experience.Wanda V.

I pay $10.00 for the utility dolli and the covers, but they didn't have the utility dolli at the store. I hope I get a credit for the dolli that I requested but didn't get it. ThanksHilda R.
Have a representative go look at this location! I requested a pick up Many days in advance from a specific location that was near my house. When I received the confirmation e-mail it was for a different location far from my house is a dangerous part of town, for a later time. I called one of your representatives and explained I needed an early pick up time. The representative told me â€œyour the only pick up at that location, just go when they open.â€ I arrived at the location on time and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for this joker/owner to show up. He told me he had the truck but not the tow dolly I reserved. So I called uhaul again. They called him. When he got off the phone he said â€œyea I got itâ€ and pointed out into a field. Didn't offer to show me where In the field it was or any courtesy at all for that matter. After some back and forth he told me â€œif you don't like it don't rent.â€ Which I would have done if he hadn't already run my card. So I drove the truck off road out into the field (truck had a knick in the windshield) and hitched up the tow dolly (which had one inoperable tail light). This was not the service I expected when I agreed to spend over $700. The service sucked. The equipment was shotty, and the person representing uhaul was late, unapologetic, and rude. The van was not clean when I got it and they had the audacity to charge me $25 cleaning fee. I didn't eat or drink ANYTHING in the van.Tymesha J.
Service was great. I rented a new pickup truck and the price was reasonable. My first time with Uhaul and I was happy with itapollon H.
Owner of this location was helpful, runs a very efficient and clean office. Transaction was easy and smooth going. This was not the location I wanted to pick up at which was an added frustration but not the owners fault. It was the only place that had a pick up truck. I would have preferred to know that when I made the reservation. Location added miles to the total which was not planned for or wanted. Truck was clean but last person renting left it without gas and the pick up trucks have a pretty quick turnaround do to need. So we immediately had to get gas in it before starting to move anything. I would still recommend the location for service and if you are on that side of town.Lisa F.

Drove the truck out with 65988 brought it back with 66034 which means i drove it for only 46 miles .the guy for sure overcharged me â€¦..let me asap before i dispute the charge and file a lawsuit against youBASSEM G.

Staff at the pick up location was polite but unable to fully assist me , he recommended i call field manager for any questions. Area field manager Andrew Khan as well as his female staff spoke to me in a very rude in condescending tone when asking questions related to my bill. The initial staff member advised that equipment needed to be removed from my bill due to not having it physically present in office , when I checked my credit card i was charged more than initially quoted. Instead of Andrew Khan and female staff recognizing how removing a charge may cause the customer to believe balance would decrease vs increase, and kindly offer to review charges at hand each of them acted as though it was beyond their job description. The conversation went on for several minutes raising new questions as opposed to resolving the initial question at hand before staff would suggest that taxes were added at the final point of sale. It's extremely distasteful for you all to approach customers with such a pisspoor attitude considering you encounter these policies and contracts daily, customers do not. We also don't spend $700 to be met with your attitude, get another job if you don't like where you are! It costs nothing to be kind. Further more, you all are practicing unlawfully as you're registering your cars gas tank to reflect more fuel then has actually been placed in the car ( the mileage doesn't lie and i reported it at drop off location) , then you leave it for the customer to have to take the fall. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they need to be shut down.DA'JAIALISSIA H.
