My reservation as for the Bonaire GA location and when we got there to pick up the truck, we were unable to because they didn’t have the key. We were sent to the second location to pick up, which was 20 miles out of our way. I was told the extra mileage would be added to my reservation and I believe it was. But it was an inconvenience that the first location didn’t have the key.

The staff was nice but seemed a bit disorganized. The process took longer than expected, she was having issues with the program on her computer and had to use her phone, so she was unable to provide a receipt.
