Customer service was terrible. The senior employees did not help at all. Just walked away. Was left to junior employees and they learned and rental was complete, junior employees helped with trailer, showed us everything we needed to know.

TED EI reserved a vehicle 3 weeks in advance. I can understand the possibility of it not being available but in the event your customer has to drive 78 miles to pick up there reservations and not off set that expense. I had to put a 156 miles on my vehicle and lost 3 hours of packing due to picking up the rental. I like the mobile app as it was easy to use but had issues when I arrived to pick up the unit. The guy on location said his U-Haul employee doesn’t show up until 8am and my pick up was set for 7am.
NATHAN CThe location was fine. The process of getting there was awful - a complete lack of organization that cost me hours of my life and gas money on top of it. Two reserved trailers were not available at the promised locations. I was sent 70+ miles for a trailer that wasn't there, then another 15 for a trailer that was half the size of the one I had reserved. Honestly, it's the worst customer service I have received from any business in a long time. So, what can you do to improve for the next customer? Clean up the reservation system so the reserved items are available. And take some responsibility for chasing down the missing items - rather than putting that burden on the customer.
Mike CThey came early to help me because uhaul informed me incorrectly of their open time and I once again had to drive 1-1/2 hours to get the trailer.
Ashley NThe man I dealt with refused to give me my employee discount. Told me to take it up with UHaul. There was a tail light out on the trailer, so he told me to take it to Uhaul in Minot to get it fixed. Bear in mind it was dark with freezing fog and a 2 hour drive. He threw some furniture pads that were not even bagged. He acted like the entire transaction was a hassle. And I'm the one who hooked up the trailer. He didn't help at all.

RONALD SStarted off not looking good. Because of an error. But the manager made sure we got on the road and the truck to get moved. When was looking like we just wasted 2 hours of driving only to drive another 4 in the morning and waiting. Greatly Appreciated!!!

Steven MWe had great service in Beulah...however when I reserved the trailer I wanted to rent it in Bismarck...2-3 days later I was informed that no trailers were available in Bismarck so at my own expense I had to travel approximately 150 miles round trip at my own expense.
Mitchell TWas unstable to supply a trailer and did not contact us until 36 hours before pick up time. Had to drive 150 miles round trip to get a trialer.
Catherine SDrop off of the trailer was not at the same place where I had to drop off my paperwork. After turning in my paperwork I was told to take the trailer over into alot and park anywhere. He did not come to the parking lot to unhook the trailer for me. I was told to do it on my own. When I asked him if he wanted to come inspect the trailer before I dropped it off he told me no.
Monica JDon't call the day before you have to move tell the customer you don't have their uhaul and making them drive an hour to pick one up the day they have to move. Even tho we had the reservation a week ahead of time.
Tayly TThe drop off location in Hazen ND was sketchy and not very well signed. So was not sure about leaving it there. So we took it to another close by town Beulah ND. It was open but the person working there didn't know how to check the uhaul in. So we left it hoping all was going to be ok. We also called Grand Forks ND on. Gateway to let them know what we had done to cover our basis.

Dave Fwe reserved the trailer pickup in Bismarck. We were extremely disappointed we had to drive to Beulah to get it instead. This added 3 hours to our journey. When a reservation is made for pickup on a certain day. it should be honored.
randy mThe location was out of the way and the truck smelled of some type of bad odor. By me placing an reservation 2 months prior I still had to go out of my way to get the equipment. I'm very disappointed.

SHERRYL CWhen someone reserves a uhaul at a location almost a month ahead I wouldn't make them drive 140 miles round trip to another location to get there uhaul and then only offer them a free day. I wasted more gas getting to and from the "new pickup location" than the free day was worth. Now that I see how uhaul treats there customers I will be using someone else.
