We had booked a vehicle out of Minot ND and then were told the day prior we needed to go to New Town which is 73.3 miles from our location. We went there and the vehicle was not there. After contacting the booking again the next day, they sent us to Beulah ND which is 99.4 miles from our location. They did give us an extra day, but there was no compensation for the miles we had to drive to get nothing, and then to finally get the vehicle.

Facility was closed when I dropped uhaul off. No clear indication of where to park vehicle. Other than that no issues.
Jonathan MCustomer service was terrible. The senior employees did not help at all. Just walked away. Was left to junior employees and they learned and rental was complete, junior employees helped with trailer, showed us everything we needed to know.
