The guy came by to open the store at 10 so we had to wait for an hour for him. Then he couldn't find our reservation. Then we made it almost out of weatherford without our dolly we had paid for. He also is extremely hard to understand and had the music up so loud we couldn't hear him.Ryan M.

I made my reservation online and confirmed it with a human on the phone. Still somehow got charged for all the pads and dollies that I manually removed during my reservation and was told it was something I did wrong. Charged my card before telling me the total. Online it says 30Â¢/mile but it's 89Â¢/mile there? Waste of money and time and extremely unprofessional. I don't even know how this store is allowed to be open.Jillian B.

This location was very difficult to work with. I had my appointment set up to pick up my truck at 8:00am and no one was there till around 8:40am despite the location saying it was open at 7:30am. The man at the register also was rude when I was confused and pulled out my debit card thinking I had to pay through him since this was my first time renting a uhaul. Made for a later start on moving then I wanted and for a difficult transaction.Andrew H.

Computers were down and it took 25+ mins for a simple pickup. Location was a rundown gas station and storage place. The truck had no cruise control and had a sweet smell coming from the engine (coolant leak?) the entire trip.Jeff L.

Couple minor things first, cargo trailer needed swept out had small rubber bushing debris scattered on floor, second although trailer in good operating order had severely rusted door handle assembly and both wheels. This should either be refurbished or replaced to continue the Uhaul brand name!Jason C.

Where I picked it up at was wonderful. The place I dropped it off at was very rude. She said we went over our miles and I dropped it off a day early. She was hateful didn't know she was going to have a drop off today and was rude not my fault her sign says open 7 days a week. Won't ever darken her doorway again.lora T.

We received the wrong number tailor with no paperwork. Only his word, that it could be returned anywhere in Tulsa or B.A. We were over an hour trying to drop off the trailer, but because of his mistake, we still don't know if it's ok. He should not be renting U-HaulAnnette H.

Returned truck early with half a tank of gas, but still had to pay the extra mileage fee. When we picked up the truck initially, it had a quarter of a tank of gas and we filled it up completely. I wish we didn't have to pay the mile overage since it was returned with more gas than received with.Christina M.

Do NOT use BG Drive Thru in Weatherford, OK to pick up any UHaul at. I went to pick my rental up @ Scheduled time. UHaul did not recognize my card in the system as a debit card. Said it was a gift card. So they tried to charge me $236 when the rental was ONLY suppose to be $116 which included tax. NOWHERE on the UHaul website does it say anything about having to have a $100 deposit if they don't recognize a card. I recently got laid off from a job from a company that was funded in part by the federal government so I was using my unemployment benefits debit card to try to move my Daughter home after graduating from college. SHAME on you UHaul for not informing people that your system only recognizes certain cards. Well, this card can be used at THOUSANDS of locations as a debit OR credit but, apparently not with UHaul. SHAME on you haul for wasting my time that I could have spent with my Daughter and instead I'm having to go to Walmart to activate a money card that I was saving for my wife so she can visit her dying Grandmother in Idaho later this month just so I can move my Daughter home after she graduated. SHAME on you UHaul!!! SHAME!!! I FINALLY got the UHaul 15' Truck rented 2 1/2 hours after I was originally scheduled to pick it up. I was charged an extra $20 just so the man at BG Drive Through could even run my card on his machine. Plus the music was so loud in the store I couldn't hear him or even when I tried to talk to the UHaul people from OKC on the phone. Then my reservation details & starting milage get changed and created more problems when I returned the vehicle. HORRIBLE experience. If I ever rent from UHaul again; and that's a big IF; I will pay online when I make the reservation so I won't have to go though all of this. Should have paid online to begin with so I would've known UHaul only recognizes certain cards. SHAME on you UHaul for not letting people know and creating unnecessary stress and problems. The uhaul location didn't have my key available when i arrived on time to pick up the truck. The truck itself was there, but the gas station worker didn't know how to get the key out and also couldnâ€˜t find my reservation. I had to come back an hour later when the manager(?) had arrived and could hand it over. Luckily i had planned extra time into my reservation and it didn't ruin my moving day schedule. The location on the main strip in Weatherford is much better.Amanda G.

The kid behind the counter was not very helpful. He did not come out and help, show us which trailer to use or how to use it. He could not print us a copy of the agreement, or a receipt for the payment so he sent it to my email and then ask if I got mail on my phone (which i don't) so I did not have proof that I had rented it till I got home. They called me after I had returned the trailer locally and ask me to verify which one I took so I had to go to return place to verify number on trailer. Over all it got the job done thus the yes answers but I was not very happy.Ronald E.

Horrible customer service. Had to call uhaul management just to get the correct order. Was originally told by the customer service personnel that the trailer was not ready until 10 am and I had to produce the email showing that it was guaranteed to be ready at 7am. When I did call and make the complaint, no compensation was given even though clearly stated on website.Stephanie Q.
