Wasn’t happy with the truck tho it was abnormally hard suspension and hurt my back just driving it

Had to call the owners several times and wait for them to show up 45 minutes after the scheduled puck up time. Truck had 9000 miles on it , the alignment was horrible and super loud exhaust leak on the motor or motor noise. Trailer, ratchets were frozen solid from rust and after much toil on my part barely worked.

Though pleasant and seemingly helpful we were Given wrong information. Charged an extra 157.00 due to the wrong information and once we got to the bottom of it all and realized that the first company where truck was picked up from( BHP) was the reason for wrong/false information excuses were made instead of accountability taken and customer had to pay for employer's mistake. If this is not the epitome of poor and awful 😞 customer service, I don't know what is. Guy at second location in Greenville even commented " smalll mom n pop shops always give wrong info, they don't work at uhaul f/t like we do) well if you know this why are you making me pay for their mistakes?

I was charged for a second day when I shouldn’t have been. This is still being disputed.

I did a self check in at this location. My pick up time was 12pm, I start my online pickup and get to a stopping point. I call uhaul to figure out how to get my keys from the lock box. Uhaul tries to contact the owner, no answer. So the customer service representative tells me codes to all 3 lock boxes and no keys. The owners family member showed up at 12:30pm stating that’s the time they were told to show up. I started this was a self check in, then they go into the office to get my rental and of course she doesn’t know how to work the uhaul site. Finally got my keys !

The right front tire was defective and I had to drive with a bad vibration for 12 hr

Location was unmanned and hook up was very hard in that they are no jacks on the tongues
