The place I picked up from was fantastic as far as the people but I had hardly any phone service and it took over 45 minutes to complete the truck return due to pictures not loading, freezing app, etc. Horrible experience.

Jameson GTrailers were extremely dirty with some trash inside. Owner would not pick up the phone after they failed to show up for pickup. Had to contact U-Haul support.
IAN SWasn’t happy with the truck tho it was abnormally hard suspension and hurt my back just driving it
