The pick up location was very convenient however with the recent rains the area where the trailers were parked was quite muddy. Glad I was towing with a truck.

The pickup process was excellent. The vehicle was very clean and ready on time. If/when I need another vehicle for moving the only place I will go it to the bicycle rack. This location is an asset for U-Haul.

Reserved a 15’ Truck, short after received a phone call and they had to upgrade me to a 20’ since they didn’t have a 15’ and as a courtesy they promised me a $.99 rate on mileage but still been charged $1.29
On top, the truck was not well maintained or cleaned.
There were drink stains all over the cup holders.
The battery died at my first stop.
The truck wouldn’t switch from R to D smoothly (get stuck in between)

Adding an inside waiting area or even just a couple of chairs would be nice but having to stand outside until completely checked in, it's a bit difficult especially when you're a senior just saying. Other than that the service was above average, greeted with respect and taken care of immediately!

When I picked up the trailer, and we hooked it up to my truck, it was raining
We wanted to get out of the rain.
I got home and it was 6 pm, and when I opened the trailer, there was a puddle in the upper left ( drivers side ) corner of the trailer .
I wiped it up, as I needed to leave early the next morning and did not have the time to run around picking up and dropping off damaged trailers.
I did tell the U Haul place in Portland Maine that there was a leak , when I dropped it off

I have no complaints. The men at Bicycle Rack are knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The van I rented this time was brand new and in great shape -- much appreciated as one that I had rented previously had a bit of wear and tear, notably a rear door that was difficult to close. What I especially appreciate is that, since I am hauling around fine art, they will do an extra cleaning of the cargo compartment if someone had left it less than perfect. I already have reserved for my next art installation.
