When I picked up the trailer, and we hooked it up to my truck, it was raining
We wanted to get out of the rain.
I got home and it was 6 pm, and when I opened the trailer, there was a puddle in the upper left ( drivers side ) corner of the trailer .
I wiped it up, as I needed to leave early the next morning and did not have the time to run around picking up and dropping off damaged trailers.
I did tell the U Haul place in Portland Maine that there was a leak , when I dropped it off

I have no complaints. The men at Bicycle Rack are knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The van I rented this time was brand new and in great shape -- much appreciated as one that I had rented previously had a bit of wear and tear, notably a rear door that was difficult to close. What I especially appreciate is that, since I am hauling around fine art, they will do an extra cleaning of the cargo compartment if someone had left it less than perfect. I already have reserved for my next art installation.

I would have thought the Safe Trip fee should be part of the rental and mileage.
Also, the rental tax and motor vehicle tax were not disclosed with the estimated costs.

Bicycle Rack: convenient location, nice selection, quick in and out, always a good experience with the owner and staff.
UHaul: The 6x12 double axel cargo trailer is a great product but is missing the feature that the people 6x12 open utility trailers have where you can use a crank to raise and lower the attachment hitch off the ground and make attaching and detaching the towing vehicle a lot easier. The 6x12s are heavy trailers and all of them should be equipped with this feature.
