Vehicle was very worn and dirty. Seats were worn. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Driver side window knob kept falling off
Roland SThe gas reading was off. Had to pay an additional 33.00 for gas. No ho Spot after putting in 65.00 at the local gas station. I put back so the gauge read the same. I would had to put in an additional 15.00 to meet what they said the gage should have read for a 120 mile rental. Not happy.

MATTHEW GUhaul customer service needs to ask how much is being moved so that they can recommend what sized truck is needed. In my case, no one bothered, and so they assigned me a too -small truck to do the job. When I mentioned this to the Bidwell storage guy, he said, "It is what it is" and shrugged his shoulders
CHRISTINA BEmployee couldn’t locate key for uhaul couldn’t figure out how to insert the IMES number for the discount.

Marisol SI reserved a hand truck and all they had was an appliance dolly, way too big and heavy… but she got that for me regardless and I appreciated that. It was that or nothing.

Holly BSadly, the truck was completely dirty, and didn't sound quite right when it ran. It did get me to my location okay tho. The employee was working hard and very nice and friendly, however he was still pulling trucks out at the time the office opened. My disappointment was more that u-haul changed my location from the place where I wanted to pick up EARLY at 7-7:30 to a place that opened at 8.

Abdulsediq SWe wanted to rent a truck in Paradise, CA, but had to pick it up in Chico. We were apparently not given enough mileage allowance to make the trip to Paradise and then to our Destination so were charged extra miles. That doesn't seem fair.

William LThe U-Haul provider made it quick and easy to get on the road. The particular truck, however, had a sticky interior on the driving wheel and the console area.
Paulo EI wish I had seen that the fuel level was only at 2/3rds before driving away. Ended up putting in 24 gallons to go 175 miles. This location should do a better job reading fuel gages.
Steve KIt's kind of hard to find the front door. Maybe a little sandwich board sign would be helpful.
Tracy CVictor and Chuck are a couple of great guys. They are always friendly and helpful when we rent from Bidwell Storage.
Elizabeth ADrop off was great too. These small business owners do well, but online booking is horrific. Unless I’m properly compensated for my inconvenience, I’m going elsewhere for future rentals.
Eric WThis place was sketchy. The lock box wasn’t even locked, you had to put the key in an unlocked mailbox that anyone could open. There was a homeless man nearby that was watching us and when we walked away he opened the lock box and attempted to take the key. I then attempted to call uhaul and tell them what was going on, explaining that I didn’t want to be charged extra in case the man took the key and Uhaul did not reassure me that I wouldn’t be charged in the case that the man took the key. We then went inside of the storage unit and told them that their lockbox was not locked and they didn’t care about it. We also told them about the man outside and they did try to get him out.

Elizabeth AThe fact that you had no ramps made it extremely difficult to load and unload the truck. The staff was very, very professional and friendly. The likelihood of me renting another truck is not likely. Unless of course you can furnish ramps.

Seth WHave more car towing dollies available. We reserved a drive on one but asked if they would let us know if the other kind (where the 2 wheels are on the ground) was available. Instead of just letting us know and not automatically changing our reservation they switched it and said we needed to drive an hour away to pick it up. There was no way we could do that as the next morning we were moving 9 hours away at 8 am and we still had the rest of our house to pack. Luckily a very awesome rep named Brittney got us the dolly we originally requested at the spot we requested! Great customer service! Everyone said they were short on car towing equipment so maybe having more of that would be helpful.
Thais MThe location was very hard to find and not easily seen from the road. Proper signage on the street would help. Wasted an hour of time just trying to find the place
Dave BNone of the add-ons I ordered were ready at pickup. I ordered a dozen furniture pads, a dolly, and an appliance dolly, none of them were in the truck at pickup (picked up early during off-hours using ride-share) so I had to return to the business a few hours later.
Matthew CEmployees we’re talking and complaining about their boss I assume. Saying things like they shouldn’t be micromanaged and that their boss is always unhappy with how they do things. Just an inappropriate conversation that I felt should not have happened in front of customers. Small little office with three employees in it and the two men we’re very unprofessional. The third employee was a lady who seems to be training for the job. She was sweet and did her job but the two men were very unprofessional.

Cameron RThe battery went dead after using the inside cargo light for an hour while loading. Had to wait more than an hour for a jump. The driver seat belt was hard to latch; it needed adjustment or replacing.

Denise MY’all gave me a busted up truck with a check engine light on, that pulled to the right and rattled like crazy. Worst experience ever and I’ll NEVER recommend uhaul to anyone. Shop elsewhere people.
Zachary BGentleman working the counter was beyond helpful and so very willing to help me correct the pick up locations error. He went above and beyond and I felt confident leaving him to take care of things for me. I had to leave before he was done transferring my rental into his location beause I was taking a bus back home.

TAWNJA PU-Haul wasn't available at the location near me and I don't have a car. That made it very difficult for me to have access to the U-Haul
Shelby CI had a terrible time trying to rent a uhaul on 7/27/22in the afternoon. It took me almost 2hrs for the system to accept my payment. If it wasn’t for the employee that helped me I would have left. He was so professional, patient, and dedicated to work as hard as he could to figure out the situation I was having. He was amazing, and I am so extremely grateful for all his help!! I will be recommending this place to everyone! He went way above and beyond! Thank you for having such a great employee:)

Matthew CDrop off was equivalent to putting the keys in a slot - the worker was in the office and was interested in just the keys. He did not leave the office to look at the truck or to verify the blankets were returned. I also did not receive any "sign off" that I had returned the truck. This was NOT BAD but, as I said, the same as just dropping the keys in a slot in the door.
