After I got home from picking up the 15 ft truck, I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning out the back. It was full of dirt, pieces of styrofoam and small chunks of wood. I called the location immediately and complained and the clerk, Molly, told me it would be noted on my record and that I could get a discount. When I returned the truck, the clerk said there was no way to provide any discount in the U-Hall program and to contact them directly. I have never picked up a truck in that condition and won’t from this location again.
EDWARD WDefinitely thought the fees were included in the 19.99 per day price plus the cost of the prepaid gas apon pick up plus the refill to same amount when returned . Beware

Vickie PI downloaded the app like you wanted me to do, but it couldn’t find my referrals or me in the system at all. I was supposed to do a lot by way of the app for preliminary verification but couldn’t because it always said invalid info from me which caused me undo stress during my already stressful move. But it all worked out and I am thankful for your service.
