The person who was running the Big Bear arrived a full 30 minutes after the store opened and was condescending towards me. I ensured to select the check in option that meant I did not need to use the app, however the check in agent insisted I needed it. I do not have much data and used essentially all of it downloading and using the app, which should not have been necessary given that I specifically opted not to when reserving the truck. Make selections re: extras more clear (when booking online). I accidentally had extra insurance added when I didn’t need it, and the insurance person agent couldn’t remove it when we came to pick up.
