Amandeep KI booked this truck two weeks in advance. Two days before my booking date I received a notice from uhaul that my booking had been cancelled and that I have to go to concession which would have put me hours away and extremely inconvenience me. I had to go to the location of the booking and speak with the manager of the big bear to re book my original booking. Just be aware this is the second time this has happened at this location. They double book it and expect you to relocate days before. Not happy. They offered me 50$ to relocate my booking. Didn’t accept their offer and had to go out of my way to get what I had originally booked. Two thumbs down👎🏻👎🏻
