Mary TDon't rent trucks that wreak of cigarette smoke. We were sneezing and got really bad headaches. Compared to other Uhaul trucks I've rented, this one wasn't in all that great condition.
Misty PAbsolutely horrible experience with being ripped off for after hours fee when I returned 24 hour rental within 10 hours. Putting the burden on me the customer to deal with your contracted location is a bunch of bureaucratic crap and not taking responsibility for your customers. Grow up, and treat your customers correctly or do better at vetting outside vendors using your name. Your name is mud in my opinion. You should be held 100% liable for this overcharge. Absolutely shameful beyond belief. You guys are rip-offs, not to mention all the taxes and fees you do not divulge at the time of rental. Absolutely pathetic is your brand name to me after myself at 52 and family and friends using you. Great way to ruin what was once an excellent reputation. Hope all your profits you make off of poor people like me, helps to pay your air-conditioning bills in hell!!!

We ended up spending some time in his shop to pick up a few things and everything was so well organized and neat! Would absolutely return here first for a U-Haul as well as other services and I have already recommended to friends! 10/10
