Had a good experience very helpful with setting up my reservation and returning the truck
Anibal MWent to pick up a truck at 8am yesterday but couldn’t get into the key lock. So I waited until they opened. Once I had to return the truck I tried going into the office at 6:30pm but they were closed even though it says they close at 7. Then today I received an email with my receipt attached stating I don’t owe anything. 6 minutes after I start receiving notifications from my bank letting me know that my card was declined because it’s turned off. They tried charging me $12 to my card 10 times! Even though my receipt say I don’t owe anything! Terrible service , going to a different one next time!
