No one was there they had way to small of a drive way with way to many trucks/ trailers witch made it near impossible to pull in/out when let aware that a truck was in the way they had us get in the unlocked truck where the keys were sitting in plain sight in the cup holder ,then back it up in a extremely tight area between another truck and a ditch ,this was absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable at all !

Janie LI have rented from u-Haul ~10 times in the past 20 years. Each rental location was competent and professional. I never had the need to submit negative feedback until this recent rental No one was present at the location at the reservation time. I called the number on the sign in the window of the location several times before I finally got someone to answer. I had to hook up the trailer myself and had to back through 6 inches of mud to do so (I have pictures). The trailer made squeaking sounds at certain speeds - not sure if this is early wheel bearing failure or simply metal on metal rubbing.

It was a hassle finding a place to rent one and we weren’t notified up front about not having a dolly and Not notified about a/c issues upfront either. This location is convenient if you live in Crosby however beware of those concerns previously mentioned. they over charge at this location as well!

Evan tThe key for the truck was in the back of the truck locked up with a padlock. I was not sure what to do with the lock or where to put it or if I was to take it with me to the drop off location. Better instructions would have been nice.
Steve EThe location was supposed to be open. It appeared to be someone's house. The door was locked and had a note to call for assistance. I could hear they were just sitting inside and watching TV. Most of the lot was gravel and mud, and due to rain I couldn't get very far in to park the truck anywhere decent. I didn't want to get in stuck in any mud puddles. They told me to just leave it and I wasn't able to get any helping checking out/dropping off with the system.

Donna WI rented a car trailer and one of the straps used to secure the tires was cut and I could not make it reach the ratchet also the ratchets were really trashy I had to hit them to get them to close and pull it again to make the strap tighter

I misunderstood that he was checking in the truck on his phone while I was trying to do the same thing on my phone like I had done before. He was a little rude about the situation. *BIG THING* Had a 26’ trk and the entrance barley accommodated it.
