Dealer was not on property for pickup even when sign sign open and had to contact by phone 2x to pickup truck. Key for truck was not secured and not preped for new user. I Was not instructed to drop of truck at same location. Did drop same day b4 8 pm, but dropped at Universal drop in Dayton Tx Exon. I was contacted about incorrect drop. Was never told fees would be added daily. Now have bill over 300$ for Daughter that has a disability and on a fixed income. I did turned off card thinking was a scam with extra days added. I authorized 73.32 for cost of the day. Very dissatisfied!

Pedro HAlexis was fantastic in helping me rent the UHaul truck over the phone. The truck was ready to pick up when we got to their offices, truck was clean and the fuel topped off. She helped me with the additional days needed for moving and with the return of the truck. Billing was completed in a timely manner and I was refunded for the lower amount of mileage I had guessed at. Great experience and I highly recommend this rental service and office.
Elizabeth SThis location decided to close early and did not inform us. We showed up for our pick up and spent about 20-30 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. We finally were able to get through to the cell phone posted on the door where he told us he closed early to just take the trailer that we had not paid for. It was definitely the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.
