I rented a car trailer and one of the straps used to secure the tires was cut and I could not make it reach the ratchet also the ratchets were really trashy I had to hit them to get them to close and pull it again to make the strap tighter

People should only turn in equipment when a person is there to check them in and give the person a receipt of return.
Jimmy S.The guy who came out to check the truck in was pushy and short with me. Every place you rent/return a truck to is different. I misunderstood that he was checking in the truck on his phone while I was trying to do the same thing on my phone like I had done before. He was a little rude about the situation. *BIG THING* Had a 26' trk and the entrance barley accommodated it.
