Good and easy
Christie TI was charged a "gas fee" of 9 gallons for $44 when I filled up the gas tank to the same position it was in upon recieving the vehicle before I returned it. That needs to be refunded.
Joshua MDealer was not on property for pickup even when sign sign open and had to contact by phone 2x to pickup truck. Key for truck was not secured and not preped for new user. I Was not instructed to drop of truck at same location. Did drop same day b4 8 pm, but dropped at Universal drop in Dayton Tx Exon. I was contacted about incorrect drop. Was never told fees would be added daily. Now have bill over 300$ for Daughter that has a disability and on a fixed income. I did turned off card thinking was a scam with extra days added. I authorized 73.32 for cost of the day. Very dissatisfied!
