Alexis was fantastic in helping me rent the UHaul truck over the phone. The truck was ready to pick up when we got to their offices, truck was clean and the fuel topped off. She helped me with the additional days needed for moving and with the return of the truck. Billing was completed in a timely manner and I was refunded for the lower amount of mileage I had guessed at. Great experience and I highly recommend this rental service and office.

This location decided to close early and did not inform us. We showed up for our pick up and spent about 20-30 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. We finally were able to get through to the cell phone posted on the door where he told us he closed early to just take the trailer that we had not paid for. It was definitely the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.

jesus fNo one was at the location at the time of reservation (1:30 in the afternoon) and the phone # just went to voicemail. I waited for about 20 minutes calling all the #'s. Finally I called the main U-Haul # and they were able to eventually get someone there. Also, one of the safety chains on the trailer was broken. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
