There was an incident regarding my rental. The associate owned up to her part in the error, yet the "Owner" did not. In fact he decided it was a smart idea to inform me his associates don't know how to do anything but make coffee. Side note: the rental was picked up at Biggby coffee and returned to the same Biggby coffee. That was my mistake, this is my first and last time dealing with any comapny other then Uhaul. Owner/manager of Biggby need to be ashamed of himself and take customer service satisfaction training! How was the young lady that initiated the issue with my rental was more respectful and professional then the owner/manager?
