I just dropped the trailer off after hours, so I had no interaction with the staff this time. past experiences at this location have been favorable. location has a equipment availability issue at times.

Although I had a reservation and pre-paid with credit card, I was sent to the wrong location for pick-up. This error cost me valuable time. I also requested a furniture dolly and pre-paid, no furniture dolly @ location, no communication regarding lack of equipment. Overall a decent rental experience as the staff were friendly and tried to meet our needs. I recommend calling location a day or two prior to arrival to verify your reservation, location, and equipment are correct, and available.

I picked up on Saturday morning when the location opened and the truck was ready for me. Friendly staff. The entire process went very smooth and quick.

Apparently no one checked the truck before I rented it. Garage remote left from previous rental. I had to disconnect the tow dolly to load the truck. After putting it back on I had no lights on the dolly. Waited 3 hours for roadside assistance in the driveway. Bad wiring connections on the trailer blew 3 fuses on the truck. Windshield was filthy inside and out. Had to clean it twice to see.

Pro 1) She was very pleasant to deal with 2) Truck was ready Con 1) This location gave the pads that I preordered away to someone that wanted last minute pads 2) Truck said it was between 1/4 and 1/2 on the fuel gauge, once I drove away it was on 1/4 tank, why isn't the truck full, not happy that I had to go to the nearest fuel station before leaving. 3) WiFi connection issues, had to use her phone for my pickup contract, took 1/2 an hour.

not upfront with me on the "TOTAL" cost of the truck rental when I called to inquire the rental fee.

Everything went good except I was given only a quarter tank of gas and I returned the truck with almost a half of tank and was surprised that U-haul didn't reimburse or do anything for the customer. But other than that it was good.

Provide some assistance with the initial hookup. Very confusing. Could have used some help lifting the draw bar onto the hitch ball.
