Only issue was so far from house based lack of trailers. Handed me papers and provided no guidance which was odd based on past experience with U Haul and when dropped off they had people helping everyone

Took 45 mins to get the truck which severely tampered our time, but it was the uhaul website, not the location. Otherwise, everything was easy and stress free.

I reserved the truck for 8am on line. When my son in law picked up the truck, there were major computer issues and it took an hour to get the truck.

They told me that I had to pay 1100 dollars when I got there to pick up the truck they only charged me 900 dollars and gave me 4 days instead of 3 to use the truck I had a great experience great truck very happy

Uhaul was filthy, dog hair all over . Dirt in the interior just disgusting. Not to mention truck wasn't road worthy . It had tire sidewall punctures and brake seal was bad.lucky I made it

Recommend Bills Automotive instead of that STAYLOCK STORAGE in Demotte IN. which was the original preferred drop off. I wasted almost an hour trying to return the truck at Staylock Storage. There was no way to contact anyone there, the signs on the closed office was 6 days out of date. It was horrible. Bills Automotive on the other hand was open, friendly and pleasant.

I just dropped the trailer off after hours, so I had no interaction with the staff this time. past experiences at this location have been favorable. location has a equipment availability issue at times.

Although I had a reservation and pre-paid with credit card, I was sent to the wrong location for pick-up. This error cost me valuable time. I also requested a furniture dolly and pre-paid, no furniture dolly @ location, no communication regarding lack of equipment. Overall a decent rental experience as the staff were friendly and tried to meet our needs. I recommend calling location a day or two prior to arrival to verify your reservation, location, and equipment are correct, and available.

I picked up on Saturday morning when the location opened and the truck was ready for me. Friendly staff. The entire process went very smooth and quick.

Apparently no one checked the truck before I rented it. Garage remote left from previous rental. I had to disconnect the tow dolly to load the truck. After putting it back on I had no lights on the dolly. Waited 3 hours for roadside assistance in the driveway. Bad wiring connections on the trailer blew 3 fuses on the truck. Windshield was filthy inside and out. Had to clean it twice to see.

Pro 1) She was very pleasant to deal with 2) Truck was ready Con 1) This location gave the pads that I preordered away to someone that wanted last minute pads 2) Truck said it was between 1/4 and 1/2 on the fuel gauge, once I drove away it was on 1/4 tank, why isn't the truck full, not happy that I had to go to the nearest fuel station before leaving. 3) WiFi connection issues, had to use her phone for my pickup contract, took 1/2 an hour.

Everything went good except I was given only a quarter tank of gas and I returned the truck with almost a half of tank and was surprised that U-haul didn't reimburse or do anything for the customer. But other than that it was good.

I was charged almost triple the price when we picked up the truck instead of picking the truck up where we didnt need to pick up the truck i will never use uhaul again as far as I'm concerned you owe me some money back bad buisness practice on your part what can we do or who can we talk to about this concern location in question wheatfield indiana thinking about taking this Matter to small claims court...

Came to Truck Stop to Pick up the Tow Dolly and was very professional and courteous. arrived quickly allowing me to coordinate Towing of my Rv to Repair Shop. Everything came together in perfect time and sequence making my blood pressure remain normal LOL! Even though we had this break down and plans disrupted U-HAUL and everyone involved, from start to finish, made this experience easy and worry free! My Wife and I Truly Thank You! we will always call U-HAUL!

If you tell a customer your leaving the keys do so.... as and not have them searching and waiting for 2 hours Why am I being charged twice? Very poor customer service

Unfortunately the UHaul computer system was down. I made a special trip to pay in person since the trailer was being picked up later that day by my son. I was not able to pay it in person but was able to on line. I was told the dealer end of the system is often down. That problem needs to be addressed.
