I was told the rental was $35.00 a day which i had for 3 days = $ 35.00 × 3 days = total $ 105.00 plus $20.00 insurance . Grand total of $ 130.00 . You have taken $ 316.98 out of my checking account . When i made reservations i was told it would be up to $ 135.00 . So i made sure i had that money . You now have cost me $ 45.00 on a n.s.f. fee -so now i am in the hole . I will never rent from u-haul again. It was a small trailer i rented. What are you going to do to fix this ??? Ernie Snow reservation # 78023639. I needed the trailer all day monday . So they are closed on sunday so i picked the trailer up on saturday noon and returned it by 10 am on tuesday. What are you going to do ?
