Back door did not work properly. Only opened half way to start so had to load stuff with door only half up. When unloading we were able to get door all the way up but then would not close. Had to drive it back with door wide open.

Charles GTo start, it took two hrs to get the keys from the lock box,and came on time to pick up truck! the truck was not out front and the dolly and pads that I paid for wasn't in the truck . The truck was located in the far south corner of lot . The truck would not stay in the middle of the road.was pulling to the side . Has front end problems.

Cherl SI’ve rented from a few places away from home, and this place was by far the most expensive. Because it’s small and more in the country, they are more friendly, but when I booked the truck, the booking system told me one rate & I got to the office & it was VERY different.

Robert PI was told the rental was $35.00 a day which i had for 3 days = $ 35.00 × 3 days = total $ 105.00 plus $20.00 insurance . Grand total of $ 130.00 . You have taken $ 316.98 out of my checking account . When i made reservations i was told it would be up to $ 135.00 . So i made sure i had that money . You now have cost me $ 45.00 on a n.s.f. fee -so now i am in the hole . I will never rent from u-haul again. It was a small trailer i rented. What are you going to do to fix this ??? Ernie Snow reservation # 78023639. I needed the trailer all day monday . So they are closed on sunday so i picked the trailer up on saturday noon and returned it by 10 am on tuesday. What are you going to do ?

MARION TI was terrified to drive this truck. Every bump the trucks front end felt like it was going to fall apart. The steering is all over the place and there is an exhaust leak directly under the cab of the truck so you couldn’t even have a conversation. Not to mention I’m pretty sure the steering wheel has hiv, and covid. Sticky and disgusting!
MATT AThe truck bed deck floor was dirty, the rest of the truck was clean. Location was reasonable beings a closer location stopped service for the truck rentals. Friendly service at the location where the truck was rented.

lowell jMy truck pickup was originally scheduled for 12:30 on Sunday... I arrived on time at an unmanned location and attempted to self-dispatch. There were technical difficulties. I went through five different representatives before I finally was able to reach someone that could enlighten me to the fact that the server was down And that was why I could not access self-dispatch. I wasted almost 3 hours of my time that day. I don't get that time back. Luckily, I was able to get the appointment rescheduled for the next day and actually talk to a real person to get everything worked out. I was advised by a regional representative that they were going to give me $50 discount for my trouble. The next day, whenever I paid, there was no $50 discount. All in all, completely disastrous experience.
Kirby BWe reserved one truck but it wasn’t enough, we needed a second truck to finish our move, they had none available and were able to locate another one for us the next day. We were able to be out of our old house in time for the closing. Thanks again

Dan KI have returned clean trucks here before. The lady is nice and does her job. The truck I was given was loud with noises that didn’t sound normal. It was worn in places and has a lot of miles on it. I was moving things locally so I just assumed I got an older one but it must be safe.
Kathy JThe only improvement I can see is to be credited for the gas you put into it. We started with 1/4 of a tank and left it with 3/4 of a tank. We just weren’t sure how the mileage would go so we obviously overfilled it. Needless to say that was a costly mistake.

Sandra VRemove your equipment from this location. Your items are not being cared for properly. Our usual trailer was left open. Filled with snow on the inside. When we finally got the snow out it was a dirty mess underneath. These people don't care about anything. Uncaring, hand you paperwork and tell you its out there somewhere in a field. No checking to make certain your equipment is going on the correct vehicle. No proper check in.
