Nothing, he met me at the door, unhooked the trailer for me and had me checked out in just a few minutes. He asked me how the trailer worked checked the if the lights all worked before unhooking them. Definitely was customer friendly. Will use him in the future if I need a truck or trailer.

The owner of the place is chauvinistic, rude and inconsiderate. We had a male friend meet us there after realizing how rude he was. When the friend arrived he said oh I hope you have a drivers license at least to the guy we had meet there and said you’re in charge right when we were there to pick up the trailer without him and only had him come with how rude the guy was. I would NOT use that location again. Honestly we wanted to back out as we were so disrespected.

The man working wasn't very helpful when we picked up our trailer. we asked if we could change and rent the next size up we told him moving our daughter home to cambridge and didnt want to make 2nd trip. And man said probably not since we already booked online for smaller one. When asked if larger trailer was available, he said yes. he was not helpful to say the least.

Were to begin. Uhaul irreparably damaged my relationship with my father and my brother. My family graciously offered to help us move. The day before moving, the 5-minute drive to my nearby Uhaul where I reserved my truck turned into a 3 hour round trip. Not only that, but the Uhaul location we were sent to did not have the 2 box dollies and 2 furniture dollies we reserved. What is the point of reserving dollies if they are not available? Without the dollies we thought we would have, my family had to move our furniture using dollies they could find at the local hardware store. My father and brother and our trusty mini dolly that we bought struggled to move our furniture into our apartment. Obscenities were flying. It was chaos. I don't think I will be able to buy enough beer for the family to make this right. Moving is stressful enough without needing to scramble to pick up the Uhaul truck and buy dollies.
