The first trailer I picked up from a different location had a broken suspension so they contacted Bill's Standard who had the size trailer I needed. Very helpful.

ABDUKKAHI FWe did the mobile drop off so we did it interact with anyone but the location was small which made taking the pictures of the sides of the truck challenging. Not a big deal tho.

KEVIN BThis guy was terrific and very helpful in getting hooked up and dropped off when done. Also very flexible and friendly. Also, some very neat, unique displays in the office area of Anheauser-Busch covid era products. Very cool. He was also very efficient in getting the paperwork done and had it ready to go when I arrived (which was not the case when I rented a uhaul trailer elsewhere in town on a previous occasion two weeks earlier).
DEBORA GWhen receiving the vehicle, the floor was covered in crumbs. The cup holders were sticky and covered in spill stains. Trash in the passenger door handle.

JEFFREY GNothing, he met me at the door, unhooked the trailer for me and had me checked out in just a few minutes. He asked me how the trailer worked checked the if the lights all worked before unhooking them. Definitely was customer friendly. Will use him in the future if I need a truck or trailer.

ALEXIS FThe owner of the place is chauvinistic, rude and inconsiderate. We had a male friend meet us there after realizing how rude he was. When the friend arrived he said oh I hope you have a drivers license at least to the guy we had meet there and said you’re in charge right when we were there to pick up the trailer without him and only had him come with how rude the guy was. I would NOT use that location again. Honestly we wanted to back out as we were so disrespected.

ROGER KYour app is not user friendly at all. I could not make it work and I use apps frequently. Truck and agents were good.

BRITTA HThe man working wasn't very helpful when we picked up our trailer. we asked if we could change and rent the next size up we told him moving our daughter home to cambridge and didnt want to make 2nd trip. And man said probably not since we already booked online for smaller one. When asked if larger trailer was available, he said yes. he was not helpful to say the least.
