Tried to do everything online, however I couldn't seem to finish the pick up. Thankfully the owner had stayed late and upon seeing me he told me to come right in and got my reservation paperwork done. This is a fine example of going above and beyond. He will be handling all my moving rentals from this area moving forward. Thank you Mr Bird for helping me out

BRIAN KThe U-Haul software created delays for me as the system created errors that the guy had to call support to get the issue resolved. The guy at birds towing had to go through a lot of steps to resolve the issue and get me on my way.

Malcolm RPaid at the time I picked up trailer, 339.07. My rate was discounted by corporate office because I had to travel 50 plus extra miles to pick it up. I dropped it off yesterday. I then got an additional charge on my credit card today for 63.65. WHY?

Ed GComputer system was very slow at this location. Don't know if it was the Wi-Fi at the location, or the U-Haul dealer website that was slow? Just standing around waiting for the rental to process online and waiting for the contract to print was a waste of time. Everything else about my experience was great!

GEORGE GI never got to use the trailer the next day I cut my finger off. Do you think that they would give me a better rate for turning the trailer back in?
John MI was sent to another location because they did not have all equipment available. I was not called prior to verify all rentals were available. overall 1 1/2 hours of inconvenience.

David Abirds was great. uhaul needs to do better with reservations being at the location you choose at time of booking. this location was 15 miles further away than my reserved place, which cost me $30 more in miles that they now charge. again not birds issue, they were great.

Maritza SI will not use any location that relies on the app to pick up or return. I spend 25 minutes attempting to take a picture of the fuel and odometer without success. I ordered 12 furniture pads and the truck only came with 6. I really needed the additional 6 pads. So, some furniture may have gotten scratches.
Kevin MI was very disappointed with the service.I had a 8:00 pick up and the worker did not arrive till 9:00 and didn’t even apologize for being late.

Leonardo TParts were barely held on with hidden zip-ties, only to be revealed when the tie broke a few hundred miles down the highway. Equipment was knowingly sent out with an inoperative taillight.

HEIDY TGuys at Bird's Towing were great! They helped me hook up, provided the additional adapter I needed for the lights, and gave me directions and advice on driving. First class service all the way!
Brian TAlthough it was extremely out of the way, overall it was a very quick and easy transaction.
LUIGI MYour customer service representative was professional and assisted with the hook up of the auto transport trailer to the truck. The only issue I have is the site locations uhaul had the equipment located to pick up. I had to travel over an hour from my residence to pick up the trailer with the moving truck that was 25 minutes away. I would recommend have both pieces of rental equipment at one location to avoid spending unnecessary time on the road accumulating milagre on the rental truck due to picking up the trailer.
