This comment isn't related to the bitterroot location whatsoever... They were great and Montana scheduling (Tasmine) was awesome as well. Corporate really needs to communicate better with the drop off locations to make sure that they have room for incoming equipment. I was forced to go two hours out of my way instead of one boy because Libby was full as were other closer options. That made for very long exhausting moving days. I know you're trying to save money on the costs of the trucks but there are three options that would have made driving much less stressful and enjoyable. 1. Electric windows so you can roll down the windows while driving solo. 2. Cruise control. 3. A cabin air filter. It was super cool having road dirt and other objects hitting me in the face after they came through the vent. Although getting a shower when you cleaned the windshields with wiper fluid while you were driving is an interesting feature...

Bill LI had to wait about 20 minutes for someone authorized to come into the business to do the paperwork and release the equipment, despite having made a reservation time. Agent commented that they don’t get to see the pickup times to plan ahead, although this surprises me. Providing feedback to help improve as it’s a very convenient location.

Siaki MStaff was very friendly and helpful. Trailer was frozen to ground with ice which required some work to free up, but no big deal. I would use this location again.
Edward DWe waited almost an hour past our pickup time and the person never showed up. We ended up having to 'pick up' via a phone call. Then when we returned it, had no instructions, the person was not there again, and didn't check it in for 3 days and we were told our equipment was late when we dropped it off 2 days early. More customer service would be great. Had to call and the person who helped me said the person who should've helped us has not been into work for over 4 days, which is why our return/drop off was not processed.
