The place was small area and tight location for a trailer. Due to the Jack thing being broken took for ever ti unload trailer. They used my 2x4 to wedge in the Jack stand so they could lift it off the truck and a few other issues but that’s your deal and problem to figure out

NEVER EVER rent from this location. They had other furniture in there and did not take it out prior to us getting back to our apt. I called them repeatedly but no one called until the next afternoon after we already departed to come back to Southern California. We had to leave a couple of items that did not fit because we just put it on top and was going to deliver to our drop off location. We could have easily trashed the furniture that was left in there. the Carmichael store asked us to stop driving so they could meet us and pick up their furniture they left behind. Out of the kind of our hearts, we did pull over and told them we would wait for 30 minutes as it was a Labor Day weekend and we had to leave timely; otherwise, we would be stuck in traffic and we had to be back at the house as soon as possible. They showed over almost 2 hours behind, we had to meet at another place. They took their furniture and put back our furniture but damaged a dresser, we have pictures. They said they would take care of it all and take care of us. We were behind schedule, we did not have all our furniture, they damaged our furniture and now is not calling back to rectify the horrible experience we had with them even though we were being considerate. Worst office, worst people, worst customer service. I would like my total refund please.

The man who was present to receive the trailer was rude, didn't give me a receipt nor tell me it would be emailed to me, asked me if I had a pen and paper and was irritated I didn't have one in my truck. He found a pen and paper and had me write my name on the paper. I'm not sure why he wanted me to do this. I've rented many trucks and trailers from uhaul and this has never happened. The man was rude, called me names and yelled at me several times that he'd better never see me again. He was continuing to yell while we drove off the property. His behavior was erratic and out of character for someone working in customer service. I'm a Psychologist and he appears to have either mental issues or was on drugs.

i love this uhaul rental place! They are friendly and so helpful. The entire staff is eager to help and knowledgeable. They make the process easy. This location is the only location I will ever use! I recommend this location to anyone needing to rent uhaul equipment.

Doors were locked was about to leave when someone came to the door. Was told I didn’t need to do anything. Dropped off a day early but I see my card was changed another $35 for what I don’t know. I return it with 3/4 of gas in it
