This was a disaster! Got there on time to do a mobile check out and it gave me a truck the location didn’t even have, then it went on to say the truck had been dispatched ( meaning I took the truck) and I hadn’t even gotten the keys yet. Checked the building and called the location multiple times to find the doors were locked and phone went straight to voicemail. Sat on customer service line for 30 - 45 minutes while they figured it out and I was an hour late to my destination. The truck when I got in was filthy. There was a crushed up can in the door and also food crumbs in the cup holder. Would not recommend this location at all.

The service was bad the people were non friendly and the location was so bad and there were cartel please stay away from those people I won’t ever recommend this location and U-haul for anyone please pick different company.

Davyd DThere was trash inside the cab, the cab was dirty from beverages spilling, the equipment was parked in a location, hard for me to get out. They did not go over the contract with me in detail to discuss fuel level or miles allowed.
