Pick up scheduled for 3pm, waited while owner was in the phone for over half an hour to even be waited on. He couldn't get the computer to take my credit card, ran it 4 times, truck was not ready, partial tank of gas, got ready to leave and they had forgotten to load the dollies, had to go back in, in the pouring rain and flooded parking lot. Truck shimmied and shook and a belt screeched the whole 15 miles to our home. We called the uhaul number and they couldnt find our rental in the computer by the rental number. Finally found it by name and found out the keys and the truck number were not the same as we supposedly rented, and the license plate did not match either! So they finally sent a service tech and made some repairs and said it was "safe" to drive, so we shimmied and shook 15 miles back to the rental store. The owner then contacted me a week later saying he wouldn't charge us for a late fee or the gas he said we owed even though we added 5 gallons for traveling 35 miles, but he needed my credit card information again! Nope! Didn't happen! And low and behold guess who got $220 charged to her card 3 weeks later? Never use Uhaul again!

Location had the nicest people renting the equipment. Equipment clean but smelled like barn animals, hookah in cab, and engine exhaust came through cab and burned my leg. No help from customer service. I would not rent this equipment again though especially since I keep getting what seems like a blow off to resolve the problem. Still waiting on the Florida president to call.
