When I went to get my cargo trailer, I tried to update the truck I got. He said, “Okay, I would.” I told him I’m going to Wyoming because I am moving, and I was going to drop it there. He said, “Okay.” I needed a ball for the trailer; they didn’t sell them. I had to go about 20 mins to pick one up. When I got to Rawlins, Wyoming, and emptied the trailer out, I went to drop it off. I was told that I couldn’t drop it off without a huge fee. I called U-Haul and talked to a manager, and he told me that I could drop it at the H Haul on Cedar. He called the manager as well. So I dropped it off, and it was checked in the next day. Then, she called me and said they are going to charge you a huge fee. I said, “Oh, NO!!!” I called U-Haul and talked to the manager person, and that’s when I told him the story. He was going to transfer me to a higher-up, I guess, and she was busy, so I was told to leave a message, and she would call me back. I haven’t heard from anyone until I called today to start the dispute on this matter because I looked online and saw I owe $ 900 and something for turning it in at the wrong location when I was told to go ahead and drop it there because of everything that took place.

We arrived at the counter; the counter person did not explain anything (he was too busy in his convenience store). We went out back to hook up and found a flat tire. He called roadside assistance. So we arrived, and the rental was not Ready, putting my family 1 1/2 hours behind that, including my sister-in-law, who drove up to get us. We were picking up my dencest brother's bike
