This place is completely not professional. We had to wait an unusable amount of time. There were other’s waiting as well. We all know moving is stressful. Therefore, at least picking up a truck shouldn’t be stressful.

This place is abandoned. It should not be considered a Uhaul location at all. I had to call the 800 number for service and was told to leave the key in an unlocked tool box that's been abandoned in a pile of old tires and garbage. Ashley at the call center was helpful but other than that, this was a terrible place to drop off the truck.

There was no where to park, so I parked as close as possible, and no one was there to help as they were closed. I attempted to do the drop off via the APP and they had to call the owner who then said I was not parked right and if I could come back at 230 when it’s 10:30 AM on a Sunday. No. Not doing that. And then they had to walk me to a drop box that was non existent and make it work.

First off, we declined the safe move coverage. Second, we filled the gas up to the line before returning and the onsite rep acknowledged this and said we were good. Third, the rental rate was $39.95, why was I charged double? We were literally at the storage unit in the same parking lot as the rental place and in constant communication with him that we would have it just a 1/2 hour longer than expected, he said it was fine, no problem. Worst experience of my life

First off, we declined the safe move coverage. Second, we filled the gas up to the line before returning and the onsite rep acknowledged this and said we were good. Third, the rental rate was $39.95, why was I charged double? We were literally at the storage unit in the same parking lot as the rental place and in constant communication with him that we would have it just a 1/2 hour longer than expected, he said it was fine, no problem. Again - not much to say. The gentleman who was working there was very helpful. I wasn't sure where to park - so he parked the truck for me. My app did not let me check in, so he checked me in.

Person came an hour after opening had zero sense of urgency even though he was late. Was smoking inside his hut so the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke. He had his kids running around all over, not really a safe place for kids. Even though he was an hour late he said we had to still somehow drop the truck off on time so we had to rush through everything to make the deadline. The guy wasn't even there when we got back, even though it was 2pm long before close. This uhaul rental place is completely useless.
