This place is completely not professional. We had to wait an unusable amount of time. There were other’s waiting as well. We all know moving is stressful. Therefore, at least picking up a truck shouldn’t be stressful.
Nancy EThis place is abandoned. It should not be considered a Uhaul location at all. I had to call the 800 number for service and was told to leave the key in an unlocked tool box that's been abandoned in a pile of old tires and garbage. Ashley at the call center was helpful but other than that, this was a terrible place to drop off the truck.
JOSHUA WThere was no where to park, so I parked as close as possible, and no one was there to help as they were closed. I attempted to do the drop off via the APP and they had to call the owner who then said I was not parked right and if I could come back at 230 when it’s 10:30 AM on a Sunday. No. Not doing that. And then they had to walk me to a drop box that was non existent and make it work.
