i did not receive the blankets i had ordered and you tried to charge me for gas when i had refilled the truck beyond the amount of gas in it when i picked it up. you didnt charge me for the gas but i didnt get credit for the blankets you charged me for but didnt provide

ANCA HNo issues with the Rental Pick Up Location. Staff at Blacklook Storage North was very friendly. The condition of the Rental Truck was dirty (uncleaned dried spilled coffee on center counsole), had worn out windshield wipers (did not function and streaked with each wipe), only quarter tank of gas (expect it to be topped off at pick up), had unordered handtruck, undocumented damage to driver side. Rental Truck had loud noise whenever idling and had very poor fuel efficiency (some stretches of the long road trip; only got 10 miles per the gallon).
Jason TRepresentative told me it was okay to allow anyone to drive.And you didn't have to add them as an authorized driver.
Crystle CI wish the general public could buy new vehicles outfitted exactly like U-Haul. Sadly, the electronic features forced upon us will keep me in a 20+ year old vehicle. U-Hauls are safe and easy to use and drive, preferrable over other rental companies' offerings.
LESLIE BThe location was accommodating, but the truck was not in the best shape. The roof had a large hole in the cargo area that we did not see until we started loading up; and of course it rained both days on our belongings. The cab smelled of smoke and the transmission felt like it was trying to fall out every time it was in reverse. I was nervous about breaking down all weekend.

ASHLEY HVery helpful staff, clean truck, easy rental process. I especially appreciate the phone call letting me know the system was down temporarily and you couldn't process any rentals during that time. I called to make sure it was back up before coming out. That saved me a wasted trip. So thanks for your consideration!

GARY WI returned my van on a sunday. I was charged for 111 miles when I only drove for 3.2 miles from the facility and returned 3.2 the next day. I was put in contact with Martin Gaston at uhaul who is the worst person ever to be working with customers. He was rude and talked over me constantly. He told me I was a liar like everyone else who he deals with. When I asked repeatedly to talk to his supervisor, he just kept cutting me off and talking over me. $143 for a $19.95 van. Worst experience with any company in a long time. Finally had to turn off the credit card to prevent these fraudulent charges. Storage company said they were powerless to do anything about it, but obviously never checked records on the vehicle. I forgot as well, because I arrive to rent right before they closed and was in a rush but this is no reason to have $100 stolen from me.
CHRISTIAN FI picked up a 10’ Uhaul truck on Friday and didn’t need to return it until Sunday. I was contacted multiple times while I was trying to load, travel (4 hour trip), and unload in order to drop off earlier on Saturday so someone else could get the truck. I had more things to move from another location once I arrived in town and didn’t get that opportunity because I went ahead and returned it early. Plus, I filled the gas up to full left it over 1/2 full and it only needed to be 1/4. I feel and think I need a partial refund.

Jerry HOnn no Lu issue was being charged for gas, I filled the truck back up to where it was at pickup, but when I received my final invoice I was charged for 2 gall of gas. I had filled up to where the gauge was when I picked up the truck.

Greg BIt was a mobile/after hours drop off so we didn't interact with anyone. The issue that we had was with our initial reservation. We RESERVED a 26' truck from 108 Watterson Road, Red Rock, TX. When we arrived to pick it up, they didn't have our truck. The cashier did try to find us one though. We had to contact Uhaul to get a replacement. The lady we spoke to gave us a mileage allowance to go pick up the closest 26' (AN HOUR AWAY) and a $50 credit to help with gas. However... it really messed up our move as I work and had scheduled the initial pick up for my lunch break and needed all of the time after i got off to pack the truck. It took us 2 and a half hours to go pick up the replacement truck and as such, put us behind schedule and we didn't have time to finish getting everything together, now... we have to drive 8 hours in our personal vehicles to go get the rest of our stuff. It was a HUGE inconvenience and is going to be costing us well more than $50 in gas and time to go get the rest of our stuff. Considering we both drive cars, it is likely we will have to make more than one trip. This was overall a horrible experience. If something else is not done to help our situation, we will use a different service when we move again. It costs $160 for us to make a round trip with our cars. It would be helpful to provide either a partial refund or a gift card toward a future rental.

Judy WThe truck had 1/2 tank of fuel, he marked it as having 5/8 tank. We were charged $67.00 after the return for 1/8th tank of gas.
