No issues with the Rental Pick Up Location. Staff at Blacklook Storage North was very friendly. The condition of the Rental Truck was dirty (uncleaned dried spilled coffee on center counsole), had worn out windshield wipers (did not function and streaked with each wipe), only quarter tank of gas (expect it to be topped off at pick up), had unordered handtruck, undocumented damage to driver side. Rental Truck had loud noise whenever idling and had very poor fuel efficiency (some stretches of the long road trip; only got 10 miles per the gallon).
Jason TRepresentative told me it was okay to allow anyone to drive.And you didn't have to add them as an authorized driver.
Crystle CI wish the general public could buy new vehicles outfitted exactly like U-Haul. Sadly, the electronic features forced upon us will keep me in a 20+ year old vehicle. U-Hauls are safe and easy to use and drive, preferrable over other rental companies' offerings.
LESLIE BThe location was accommodating, but the truck was not in the best shape. The roof had a large hole in the cargo area that we did not see until we started loading up; and of course it rained both days on our belongings. The cab smelled of smoke and the transmission felt like it was trying to fall out every time it was in reverse. I was nervous about breaking down all weekend.
