Nothing! Had a great experience. Custom Service was great and vehicle was there, clean, full tank of gas and ready to go. After using the vehicle I made sure the tank was full and returned the vehicle and no problems at return either. Highly recommend this U-HAUL location.

CIARA CI did not have a good experience with the app. Took roughly 20-25 to pickup the truck. I would have like to interact with a real person for the process. We rented on a Saturday so our pickup location was closed. The app did not work 100% during drop off but at least it was fast. I did call the company after dropping the truck off to complete the transaction. I will only use this company if there will be a person on-site to assist.
Robert LTook 50min for an "agent" to review my documents. Wasted so much time with the mobile pickup. No parking spot, so i got dropped off. After being cold outside and out of patience, I decided to call, waiting time was another 15min, so I went live chat thinking it would be faster, tool another 20min. Felt like everybody at uhaul was on toilet break at the same time. I only needed the truck for a couple of hours, that though all my day schedule off, good job!

David OI dropped the truck off Sat afternoon (Blackstone Automotive was closed at this time). So my experience was a self drop-off via the U-Haul app.
THOMAS MCustomer service/help Is terrible at this location. They couldn't answer any questions, and tried to get me to go to other places to rent. Seemed like I was bothering them . Forced me to use the app. Very poor customer service
DANIEL GMake it clear that selecting a pickup time after hours is only good for the 1 hour leading up to that time. If you're going to be later than that time, modify the reservation.

Victoria RVehicle was old and falling apart, while not filthy it was not clean, smelled of marijuana. Have a major issue getting and return my van do to the app and help line. The app would not get my location even though all permissions were set correct. The help line had me on hold for 20 mins then disconnected me. I had to use the website in a mobile browser to do anything
ADAM MRay was great to rent from. I had to extend by a day and he made it easy. I left my mobile phone in the rental and hope to get it today.

Isaias ARay is awesome. I made the reservation with maybe 1 1/2 till pickup time and Ray had it ready to go. He explained everything to me. What to do when I returned the truck after hours. It was super easy. I would recommend Blackstone Automotive to anyone if they need to rent a UHaul.
Lisa CRay was great, he got the rental pick-up processed in no time, the Online App SUCKS. My advice would be call direct to do the booking. Online application requires more information and is very touchy when you use it to pickup your rental. Until the kinks are worked out, I will never use the online app again.
Carl BI had a confirmed email for my reservation. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I will as informed that the reservation was cancelled by Someone from uhaul. There was no empathy nor real attempt to help me. I had to drive from massachusetts to Rhode Island to get a truck, losing ove 2 hours on Saturday Unacceptable I would like a return phone call from a manager 508-277-9516

Juanita LI was delayed en route, and had to keep the trailer for an extra day. I searched everywhere on the website and the contract but found no links or instructions on how to report this to you. All I found was a link to send a message to the receiving facility, which I did. However, corporate apparently didn't know that since they called me on the original due date. It would be helpful if you addressed this directly on your website and/or in the contract paperwork.

YESSENIA DThey were fantastic!!! I treated so well. The owner treated me with such kindness and respect. He educated me when I was unsure about hauling the trailer. They really went the extra mile and made me feel like family. I wish I lived close enough to use them as my always mechanic. Honest, kind, hard working, and going above and beyond my expectations are the words I'd describe them with. I would go back here in an instant.

Andrea BAgain, staff was great and service station was also great, but this was not my reserved drop off location. Uhaul changed this drop off location without proactive notification. I had to go to the original drop off location just to find out it was changed so I had to drive extra miles to the changed drop off location.
