EUSTAQUIO AI reserved a truck from the Franklin location. I wasn't informed that the location had been changed until the day before pick up. That created problems and I was very unhappy with that experience. I have to rent another truck at the end of the month, I hope it's a better experience. The app when I picked up the truck wasn't very smooth either. It kept telling me that my location wasn't on when it was. I had to chance messing everything up by going back into the app. Overall, not a great experience

SOPHIA PI got to the location. I was there for an hour and a half waiting for the cold because the lock was rusty and it wouldn’t open. I had to call U-Haul but wait on the line for about 30 minutes, Daniel Hall Simmons, with a different location to get a different truck because the lock was too rusty to get the keys. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to pick up a truck due to lack of assistance. I do not recommend picking up a truck; there is no one to help, only a dropbox.
