Could have had the trailor ready to go for me and pulled up front so I didn't have to take my big truck through your little storage units to get the trailer. And the check in ahead of time option obviously doesn't work because I still had to give all the info again anyways. Employee should be A LOT more people friendly to. He sucked!

There is a lot of road construction going on around the site so it was difficult to get to. Fortunately I know the area,because mapquest was totally useless, and I was finally able to circle around ang get there. It would have been helpful for the company to have alerted new customers of the problem before hand if possible.

Was lied to about the final charge. Was told by sales rep at time of check out that I would only be charged the actual miles I used and when I dropped off the Vehicle. I paid an extra amout over our estimates as to the needed mileage and asked her THREE TIMES "are you SURE I will only be charged the actual miles". In each Exchange I was assured that I would be reimbursed. On dropping off the Vehicle I brought to the uhaul reps attention I only used 58 miles and expected a credit. He told me there would be no credit. I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT VIA TWITTER, FACEBOOK, AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET OTHERS KNOW HOW UHALL RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!'

The service guy wasn't rude, per say, he just wasn't the typical "friendly" you would expect from a customer service person. Also, I'm not sure what the standard policy is about inspecting the vehicle before taking possession, but I wasn't offered the opportunity. I was just given my copies of the contract and receipt and sent on my way. However, I asked about the inspection and he replied with something to the effect of "you can inspect it if you want." Of course I did and found a few minor dents, scratches and a crack in the front plastic below the bumper. Not wanting to be responsible for the problems, I gave him the information and he copies my form, signed it, and added it to mine and his collection of paperwork. That process is very strange to me.

The truck we rented to go 500 miles in the heat of summer, was known to have an air-conditioning system that was not working. The owner had worked on this 2 times that week, and yet still rented us this truck to go such a long distance. I will never go back to this place of business again. I also will be notifying the Better Business Bureau as well as yelp about this,

This was a great, friendly Uhaul service provider. My experience was Super Excellent. I was explained everything in great detail, and was out of there very quickly. I was provided a detailed invoice that was emailed to me, the next morning, after my super late night drop off. I recommend this location and will definitely use them again

I am very impressed with U-hauls service for being abel to arrange a trailer on a saturday nigt for a pick up on Sunday morning and the possibility of returning the trailer anywwhere that suits best to the customer. Well done U-haul!!

Your computer program defaulted to a six day rental. I figured you would only charge me for the actual days I used (5). Wrong! You charged me for an extra day while the trailer was on your lot. The last time I rented from U-Haul, there was no minimum rental period. This rental was a bad deal for me.

I have rented trucks from UHaul for my past 3 moving experiences and this location is by far the best. I highly recommend this location vs all the others been too! Great service & management. I will highly recommend this location to friends and family in the future.

Even after explaining the situation I had a phone call saying I needed to come back and drive 45 mins to Kyle to fill up a truck that we left with MORE GAS IN IT THEN RECEIVED. I am only 5 foot 1, My husband drove the truck, this did not bother the person calling, and I was told I would be charged even after explaining everything. My husband is currently out of town on business, as I explained and I was on my way to work and could not drive 45 mins out of the way. I feel as though no one understood how inconvenienced we had been and at that point I was just overall frustrated and even though UHAUL is sold at my storage unit in Kyle. I will NOT be using them once I move things into my new house.

The van wasn't clean. There was dry cat food in the back and on the ramp. My kids almost slipped when loading things into the van due to this. Also, it was not stated to me whether or not I had to fill the gas tank. I did it only because I have rented trucks before. This was not a bad experience, but I do expect it to be better.
