The location I picked up and dropped off were great. My experience with u-haul as a company on the other hand was not good at all. I had nothing but problems from start to finish with the u-haul system. And even after drop off I am STILL waiting for them to fix a billing problem!
lori dImprove how a customer can access the online return page/process. It took me 30 minutes to get to the right page to return the vehicle in which made me go past my turn in time and I got charged a late fee. I had to call and speak to someone who had to direct me to the right turn in procedure page.
TONY FConfusing location, gas station is boarded up. No signed of life at the location. No instructions on who to call or how to get a truck. Had to have a 2hr call with customer service to resolve.

Bryan Mnot a deal breaker but the location looked like an abandoned gas station. I was a little confused. I called the U-Haul office and the person on the other end was very helpful. overall it was easy
