I had to pick up blankets that I had reserved from another place which added additional miles to my rental equipment and I was charged for those extra miles.

Kerrin YThe truck cabin smells of urine and the shifting knob is hanging on by a thread. Needs to be replaced asap. The rental location was nice and the individual at the counter was very pleasant. He did his job. Uhaul however failed to fulfill my reservation and forced me to pick up the truck from a location over 30 minutes away. $50 does not cover the waste of time and effort involved with rescheduling your entire day plan because the organization cannot meet their obligations. I will be using other services for any future moving needs.

Ranee ZEveryone I dealt with at Uhaul was extremely helpful. I had to make numerous changes due to covid regulations going from the US to Canada and they were very understanding and accomadating. I was very impressed.
David SThe guy who runs the U-Haul was not even there at 8 AM! The advertise hours were open at 7 AM, but the clerk at the convenient store told me the guy does not show up until 930 - 10:00 am!
Steve MThe only issues were the truck had a large scrape sling the top of the container section along the driver's side, and it ran rough, like it needed a tune up. Otherwise, location and staff on site were helpful.
