Very poor return location. No barcode to scan. Had to wait for a return call. Once the call was received she was very helpful.

No space to drop trailer and it took to much time to find someone to help remove trailer. I needed help this trip because of my back. National could not tell anything about this location. I had to tell her it had a pole with key pick up for truck rental and key drop . There was an office that looks like an apartment building on the far end of parking lot. You need a better sign on the door. Not a 8x12 sheet of paper. Inside there is an office window., but no one inside and now way to call them during during hours. I had to call National to find them . Every minute is need by the mover when you move . It took me 20 minutes to contact nation , walk them thought what I am seeing , pole building the surrounds isnot good . No one in office. All of this isnot good. The lady that helped me was great and very nice. She has not been trained by U-Haul. She thought there was drop stand on trailor. I have rented enough times to let her know the large trailor doesn’t and sometimes the dealership has a tripod stand to sit on. She needs a trailer lift for the trailers. She is going to hurt her back and you are going to have a problem . You need to Google map and look at street view . There is none. Most people in a U-Haul truck or pulling a trailer don’t want to drive around building in hope they will be able to turn around. . The location is hidden behind a large building and the parking lot is elevated where you can’t tell if there is room turn around .Poor selection location and function. U-Haul messed all this up for me and never did solve the problem the simple way . Leave trailor at the first location I dropped it.

TYESHA CThe lady that helped us was extremely helpful and sweet and I was very pleased with her and her prompt service. However, the truck we received was in awful condition & traveled extremely poorly and I honestly was terrified to drive it due to the way it was driving. I did let the location know and they said they were looking for another truck in our path and I never heard back. This truck was not up to standard nor do I believe it was worth all the money we had to spend. No other truck was available. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. This vehicle was a safety issue. I’d love to speak about a refund or partial refund due to what we had to endure. Thanks.
