I had problems with getting the keys and the WiFi and or internet signal was weak so it made it difficult to utilize the app. Having a person would’ve helped save me some time and made my process much smoother

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMelanie provided Excellent customer service. She even assisted me with cancelation of another reservation. She explained the entire process in detail and walked with me and my wife to the vehicle to make sure that it was full of fuel and no damages. I would definitely recommend this organization for your next move.

Bruce BEverything was great, the only thing that could’ve been better was U-Haul providing a driver
