It was be helpful if someone would walk out and give you general information about the truck. It would be nice if the truck was clean. A check list identifying that the tires, fluids, battery and other impossible function on the truck have been service. Safety for all on the highway is the upmost importance.

Critique: The tank of the truck was not full when I got, still I had to bring it back full. I drove 18 miles in total (as the receipts and my photos indicate) and put in 2.5 gal before bringing it back. I took photos when I got the truck and when I returned it - those photos show that The tank was almost full by return. So, i replaced the full and put in extra. Still uhaul charged me additional $7.5 for 2 gal of gas. I think uhaul made a mistake here and overcharged me otherwise I paying for somebody else’s fuel which is not good practice.

It was not a friendly non-business professional atmosphere or experience wow I do appreciate using the U-Haul and I appreciate it when I went to Highway 11 to transfer my business and I set up my reservation they were very professional but I’m picking up and dropping off they were very unprofessional while I will use the U-Haul equipment again and I do thank you

The location is not in the best neighborhood and because we had some trouble with the remote pickup we had to stay for a while. Also the truck was parked on the street between two other large trucks and it was difficult to even get out of the parking space.

With the trailer the running lights did not work. The night before leaving my home I checked all the lights to make sure they were working(brakes, flashers and blinkers). The next morning when I left my home before dark, I realized that the running lights did not work. I used the flashers until daylight.

This location was a bit confusing. There were DO NOT ENTER signs posted with orange cones around in the parking lot and yet the instructions said to park in their parking lot...? Hard to tell what the parking lot was.

We had a mix up Saturday May 25th. With two trucks, one that was dropped off at the wrong location. The dealer we got the truck from know where the truck was but took his time going to get it aslo said blankets an dolly was missing so now I'm being charged $500 for a truck I only had for one day.

The vehicle itself was a good ride for a truck.. didn't burn much gas... inside clean but the customer before me could have gotten out the debris left behind in the back. It was a rainy day so that could have been why a little debris was left behind. I was impressed that all other places was closed, didn't have what I need or required a reservation and that's fine but this particular location had closed but he waited for me ! It was a blessing to us !! I always choose this location!!

I had to go to two different locations in order to get a truck that was reserved earlier in the week. Also reserved an appliance dolly and there wasn't one available at either location. Finally I was charged an obscene amount for all this hassle. NOT a satisfied customer!!

Jermaine was wonderful. I spoke with him on the phone and while we were at fault for keeping the vehicle longer than expected he was very polite and allowed us to return it with no penalty. Customer service is a very rare find now a days but Jermaine and the staff at Blessed Hands has it down! Thank you all!

Whrn I rented the trailor it came with blankets in it. I returned those blankets since they Did not belong to me. I was charged a clean up fee.

A transport was rented but did not work for my vehicle. I returned the transport after hours that same day. It was of no use to me. After 4 days and a call from another uhaul location, the transport still has not been checked in and my cost has not been refunded. I am not pleased and will likely not rent again.
