Picked up truck with only a half tank of gas. I ordered a dolly and furniture pads within my online order and did not recieve any of the equipment I purchased; when I tried to speak with the uhaul coordinator the business was closed and phone numbers were disconnected. Upon returning my equipment at the destination location, I was told I’d be charged an additional fee for not returning equipment I never recieved, and had to call the 1-800 number and speak with representatives to avoid additional charges. Was never able to get in contact and communicate with anyone from this establishment regarding my order.

Raheem KGas was only 1/8 th tank. I requested counter pick up, no one ever came. I ended up doing it online. The inside of the cab was dirty. The cargo area had not been swept.
