Good and easy

JORGE AThe trailer has an electrical fault that was not evident at time of pickup. The fault caused the running lights to work for a while but then would cause a 25amp fuse to burn out. It is not a hard short circuit but something else with the wiring or LED lights. Result: couldn't drive at night, causing an extra day rental and went through multiple $5 fuses.

Mary LI reserved the trailer weeks in advance to pick up in the town where I live. However a day before pickup I was notified I'd have to drive 90 miles to get the trailer in another town and there was no discount or gas reimbursement. UHaul knew I needed the trailer.
Jeffrey TDon't change a thing about this location. I have already told so many people to go out of their way to use Bloomfield Enterprise in Hillsboro. Hands down the best customer service, facility, and overall experience I've ever had from a U-haul dealer. I've used U-haul at least 20 times in the last 10 years and this was THE best experience.

Stephanie CThere was no one there which was OK it was a Sunday but I dropped my rental equipment off and I was charged $28 for extra mileage because there was not a U-Haul facility close to me and you estimated the mileage incorrectly there was no one to talk to I did attempt to call them and talk to them and they told me basically they wouldn’t do or could not do anything for me they told me I get it again and it was a cheap price to pay for mileage but it was still $28 at the end of the day
robert GUhaul needs to fully disclose that when using a one way trailer that you may have to drive 100-200 miles round trip to pick up your trailer. They also should give you more than one day notice if this is the case so you can plan to take an extra day before you even can begin to load and move.
Shawn GThe truck was horrible due to severe rough ride. I lost several hours of my use tryi ng to get through to help for it, then losy another hour plus while the got a tech man from a town from over 76 miles away. Why not get one locally. I waited outside for him to show up. The probl was the truck was acting as it having a fuel problem, either bad gas delivery. I was bucking on the interstate all the way and when I went to exit, it was laboring just to get up the ramp. This was not the size truck I had ordered, it was way too large, so it wasn't overloaded. So I basically lost my day of moving. I will you one thing, I am done with U-Haul. I now have to get another truck, which , I can't afford, to finish my move that I had planned to do earlier this week!8

Dale SI was interested in a smaller truck and the Ada Mn location had one but I saw the reviews and I also called awhile back for quotes and person was really short. These folks in Hillsboro are superior and they have always proved to be very helpful and accomadating!!
