Great U-Haul locations. I only spoke to one person at Huntsville location and dropped off after hours in Hillsboro so I did not speak to anyone there.

Mary Lou T.I reserved the trailer weeks in advance to pick up in the town where I live. However a day before pickup I was notified I'd have to drive 90 miles to get the trailer in another town and there was no discount or gas reimbursement. UHaul knew I needed the trailer.
