VICTOR GThe only thing that was an irritation was getting the truck with a wuarter tank. Not blaming the location as has gappened at other ones too. It is an inconvenience having to add gas before the job and then have to add gas again if not calculated right. Other tuan that all was great.

SUMIT AMy rating is not for this location but for UHaul corporate! I did not get the location I sought. I did not get the pick up time-2 hours later! I did not get the truck size I ordered! And my biggest negative is I didn’t get the furniture dolly I ordered. I had no furniture dolly to move my furniture.

James DPlease work on your app to make it flawless, especially if you are relying on that for customers to check out the vehicle. I have no problems using apps, but if they’re not technically proficient, it makes it very difficult to complete the job and a waste of time in this case.

DENISHIA SOn Friday I ordered online a small boxed trick to transport a table and chair set on Saturday afternoon. I was called on Saturday because the U-Haul that I booked online with the lady said the truck was not available to pick up at the time I chose because the people who had it couldn't bring it back in time so they found another place and sent me there to get the U-Haul truck which at first the guy tried to tell me I booked the biggest truck they had with a down payment of $220 which I said I most certainly did not! I showed him the text I received rerouting me there to his place to pick up the smallest boxed truck they had only to be told they didn't even have. So I was sent to a third place and luckily. they had the truck but 6 miles out farther than what I planned on so I had to pay for 6 miles more because of you all's incompetent people. For what I had to pay just to transport a table I would think U-Haul would have their crap together a little bit better. I didn't have time to be running all around being sent here being sent there made it for a long day made it late for me to pick up the table. Very displeased to say the least

STEFANIE DThe worker at this location was very friendly and helpful. My issue is when I turned my uhaul in around 10pm and it was dark outside. I had to go through a process of taking pictures, in the dark, to turn in my uhaul per the directions on the key drop box. While taking pictures, I fell and hurt my hip, knee, and back, due to tripping over a curb or something when backing up to take a picture of the uhaul in a poorly lit area. This area where I parked it is where I was told to park it when I returned it.

Michael FI think the truck should be full of gas when you pick it up. And then you return it with a full tank. It would help out not having to stop get gas finish your work come back and get gas again and then return the truck. But then that everything was fine. Thank you.

Ariel TI filled out info online and had a registration number, but when I went to pick up the truck, I had to give the guy all information again(he didn't want my registration number). He put me down for a whole day when I told him I'd asked for 4 hours(I used the truck for 2 hours). I told him I would put approximately 25 miles on the truck and actual use was less than that. I figured the charge for those miles plus the truck tax and other charge. I was billed for around $10 more than what I should have been. (I put 5 gallons of gas in the truck which brought the gauge to where it was supposed to be) It's only $10 more but a dollar is a dollar. When I returned the truck the guy didn't go over it with me, he just asked me to leave the key on the counter.
Clinton AI had a hole in my gas tank and Hector from GHL ROADSIDE SERVICES, went above and beyond to fix the problem. Roadside assistance Customer support was excellent and Jonathan the field manager was excellent with reimbursements. I love also how everyone was checking on us every half hour to make sure we were ok
